SHIPPING
We send within NZ by NZ Post, usually within 2 to 3 working days. Our hemp body products are made fresh, so please allow 7 working days.
Shipping cost shows at checkout, and you'll get a tracking number by email.
Prefer to collect? Choose free pick-up at checkout and grab it from the shop in Oakura during opening hours.
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't turn up, email us within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you. You won't have to deal with the courier.
RETURN POLICY
RETURNS
If something is faulty or not as described, we'll repair, replace or refund it.
Please choose carefully, as we don't offer refunds for change of mind. If you'd like to swap something, get in touch and we'll do our best to help. This doesn't affect your rights if an item is faulty.
